Fire Cider

Fire Cider is an old remedy for staving off seasonal colds and flu strains as well as a natural immune support tonic.

Ingredients include: apple cider vinegar, garlic, ginger, onion, juniper berries, turmeric, rosemary, basil, horseradish, lemon, lime, orange, cinnamon, thyme and habanero pepper.

Apple cider vinegar can help control your blood sugar. Garlic is an all-around immune booster with anti microbial and antibacterial properties that help fight infection. Ginger is good for digestion and warding off infection. Horseradish clears sinuses and has antibacterial properties. Thyme is an immune booster with antibacterial and viral properties, and also relaxes the nervous system and eases indigestion. Rosemary is great for circulation and has antidepressant properties. These are just a few of the benefits at work in Fire Cider.

We recommend taking 1-2 tablespoons orally anytime you start feeling run down. You can take it for as many days as needed but if you have any kind of gastric issues it is recommended that you dilute the fire cider with water, tea, juice or whatever beverage you prefer. Fire Cider is very acidic so be careful if you have ulcers, reflux, etc.

Once opened, store in the refrigerator.
