Sourdough Intermediate Class Dubai Chocolate

In this intermediate class, you'll learn how to take your sourdough bread to the next level by incorporating ingredients in the dough itself as well as laminating delicious inclusions when shaping the bread. We'll focus on creating a Dubai Chocolate Sourdough featuring chocolate and pistachios!

During the class, you'll be guided through the entire process of making the dough, including maintaining the sourdough starter, mixing the ingredients including the chocolate and pistachios. We'll then cover techniques for properly adding the inclusion of pistachios to ensure they are evenly distributed throughout the bread. You will also leave with an established sourdough starter, and a booklet of tips and recipes.

By the end of the class, you'll have a beautifully flavored and visually appealing ready-to-bake loaf of Dubai Chocolate sourdough bread.
